This site hosts the pages, text, and images for kestrel. kestrel does not store or host messages posted in Discord servers. To report content posted on Discord, report it to Discord.

1. Your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for the owner.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
3. Identification of the material you say is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it, such as its address on this site.
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

When we receive a complete notice, we remove or disable access to the material and, where we can, tell the person who provided it.

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter notification to the same agent, by email, by mail, or through the contact page. It must contain:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district where NetNest Design LLC may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.

After a valid counter notification, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the person who sent the original notice tells us they have filed a court action.

We end access for repeat infringers.

Under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
